About
The House of AI is the public home of the AI adoption work led by Steff VanHaverbeke — a Belgian AI adoption expert, trainer, coach, and author with twenty-five years of experience in training, coaching, and the cognitive science of how people change.
This site is a deliberate counterweight to the louder corners of the AI conversation. The frameworks here come from real classrooms, real teams, and real work — they are not theoretical. They are pragmatic, human-centric, and built to give people agency in a moment that often makes them feel the opposite.
You will find Steff working in three modes:
As a trainer — running AI adoption workshops for organisations across Belgium and the Netherlands, including programmes with Syntra Bizz, Syntra West, Cevora, and a wide range of businesses navigating the shift.
As a coach — partnering with leaders, teams, and individual professionals through CS Workx and The House of Coaching to develop the cognitive and emotional capabilities that AI cannot replicate.
As a builder — prototyping the future she teaches. Open-source frameworks under the Superworker Toolbox, the book Being Replaced: The Five Skills AI Can't Automate, and a growing body of practical tools that live where ideas meet implementation.
