The Approach
The work at The House of AI rests on a few stubborn convictions and a few practical frameworks. Together they shape every workshop, every coaching session, and every line of code that comes out of this place.
The convictions
AI augments — it does not replace. The interesting question is never "what can the machine do instead of the human?" It is "what can the human now do, that they could not do before?" That reframe changes everything downstream — strategy, training, hiring, and the way teams build trust with the technology.
Soft skills are strategic skills. Empathy, communication, ethical reasoning, and the capacity to think across systems are not nice-to-haves. In a world where the cognitive grunt work is automatable, these are the capabilities that decide who leads and who follows. We treat them accordingly.
Pragmatic over theoretical. Frameworks earn their place by solving real problems for real people. If a model cannot survive a Tuesday afternoon in a working team, it does not belong in the room.
The frameworks
The Cognitive Agility Framework (CAF) names the five capabilities that matter most in an AI-driven workplace — flexible thinking, empathy and emotional intelligence, deep collaboration, intuition and ethical leadership, and innovation. It is the lens through which we audit teams, design training, and choose what to develop next.
The Superworker Model describes five levels of AI adoption maturity, from the status quo through optimise, redesign, reinvent, and elevate. It gives organisations a shared language for where they actually are — which is usually different from where they think they are.
The CRAFTER SuperPrompt Framework turns prompting from an improvised craft into a structured methodology. Context, Role, Action, Format, Target audience, Examples, and Refining instructions — the seven moves that separate a prompt that works from one that almost does.
These are introduced in workshops, applied in coaching, and made freely available through the open-source Superworker Toolbox.
